Absolutely! Protein helps rebuild muscles after workouts! I feel a huge difference...not as soar after a workout. Mixing with milk is always delicious.

Whatever you do chose to eat, remember your body is more receptive to whatever you put inot it within half an hour of your workout. I susually do a protein shake (GNC AMP Wheybolic Extreme 60) and shortly after, a balanced meal.

I feel your pain! I used to take mine in the morning before breakfast and literally made myself puke b/c I was so nauseous. I take them at night now and have no issues.

I am a firm believer in sweating it out. My grandmother (who turns 82 today) always threw me outside and told me to go sweat out my cold. I mean I definately don't push it to the max or even halfway mark, but I believe in doing something. Get better soon!
