I am entering my lunch and I have about half a cup of walnuts in my salad and MFP is showing it at about 400 calroes. That doesn't sound right, does it?!?!?!?

Breast feeding Mommas
Hi everyone!! I have been on MFP for a few years now but just had a baby and am having a difficult time balancing it all. THe hardest part is nutrition as I NEED the extra calories in order to breast feed but still have 8 lbs to lose to be @ my goal weight!! Any other breast feeding mommas out there?? Add me!!!

My go to snacks
Luna bars Clif bars string cheese handful of nuts homemade trail mix (dried fruit, peanuts, raisins, M&Ms) edamame greek yogurt with fruit and granola fresh fruit fruit shakes/ smoothis cucumber wirth tomatoes and balsimc vinegar apples with PB potstickers What are your go to snacks??

Turkey Breast Crock Pot recipe
Hey everyone! I just bought a whole turkey breast and it says to just throw it in the crock pot for about 7 hours on low. I was wondering if anyone had any recipes for a turkey breast? New Shakeology Flavor
So Beachbody is having a seminar this week in LA and they are going to reveal the new Shakeology flavor.
