Breast feeding Mommas

Hi everyone!! I have been on MFP for a few years now but just had a baby and am having a difficult time balancing it all. THe hardest part is nutrition as I NEED the extra calories in order to breast feed but still have 8 lbs to lose to be @ my goal weight!! Any other breast feeding mommas out there?? Add me!!!

  • I'm having the same problem! I just had my dd 12 days ago and can't decide how I want to set my diary so that I can lose but still get the calories I need for breast feeding. But it sounds like you're doing great managing it with only 8 more pounds to lose! I've got about 18 to get back to where I was :/ good luck!
