I've gone back to plant based eating and I feeluch better. I'm teleworking, but will eventually return to my office, so this is the perfect time to learn new recipes that travel well.

My goal is 12,000 steps per day and strength training 5 days per week. I usually manage to get the strength training done, but not the steps.

I lost 92 pounds and regained it. The lose and regain took about 4.5 years. I started again in January and today the doctor told me that I'm pre-diabetic.

Every. Single. Day. I eat Moser dark chocolate- 85% cocoa.

I use Edward's & Sons veggie bouillon cubes. They're soft, not hard.

Missipall, I finished in about in about 56 minutes. I ran some, but mostly walked. It was cold out there!

I did a 5K this morning. It was 35 degrees. It's May, for goodness sake.

I joined a gym. I didn't walk today, but I stationary biked, swam, stair mastered, and crunched.

Congratulations!! I stopped taking one BP Med about one month ago. The doctor believes that I will eventually be able to stop the other two BP meds if I continue with the lifestyle changes.
