Your story is really inspiring and you look awesome. Just one question - how many times do you do strength training and how many times cardio? Do you follow any specific program?

yes i can do squat and lunges .. but for how many counts ? and should i put weight into it? which one is better- yoga or strength training? trying to figure out since would love to change my workout plan
