My mom had brought some cupcakes into the house..(I did have some), but instead of caving and eating the last one I actually reached for an apple! I was so proud! :happy:

I usually let myself relax on Sundays. Just so I can have a little break and not get bored of working out. So, I try to work out 5-6 days a week depending.

The most recent one was when I was in my school library, minding my own business, looking for a new book and these 2 boys were sitting there whispering. As I walked by, one of them whispered, "Hey! Look at that fat girl." and they laughed loudly. God, that ruined the rest of my day. More were in middle school..like working…

Well eventually I want to weight about 140-145, but my big goal is to not give up! This time I'm going to see this lifestyle change through and finally become healthy. I want to look in the mirror and not hate what I see. Good luck everyone with their goals! :smile:

That is AWESOME! My friend and I have decided to run (or jog) a 5K in September! So I'm totally trying that app for training! And you know 1.5 miles is a lot! Especially for someone who isn't an avid runner so that is fantastic! Great job!
