Hi, I am on Zoloft currently and I can say that I have not seen any weight gain happening. I have been on it for about a month and the only side effect I have is sleepiness.

I'm pretty excited for this actually! I mean, I'm hoping I'll see progress by the end of the month and that way I won't be constantly worrying myself about what the scale is going to say! Good luck everyone :) Starting Weight:186 Plans: Eat cleaner and hit the gym at least 3x a week

I am totally in!! Ill weigh myself the 31st and take measurements and then hide the scale from myself. I am definitely becoming too addicting to weighing myself. It'll kick my butt back into working out again. Wow, I really hope I can do it!

Woo! Finished Day 8 and I must say, Globe Jumps are going to be the death of me. Oh. My. Goodness. Took a lot of willpower to get up and actually do Insanity tonight, but I am pleased that I decided to do it. :happy:

I started it and yes it was hard for me at first, but as time went on it got easier. Personally, I stopped doing it because I just got bored doing the same routine for 10 days..I wish you luck though!! I've seen several people get fantastic results from it.

When people say "Strength training" what do you mean exactly? As in, if I found a video that involved using my 3lb weights that would be strength training? I've seen it mentioned a lot, but I never know exactly what that entails.
