i said "enough " when i dont like what i see in the mirror anymore. and when i calculated my bmi and to my shock i was at the obese stage... i finally said enough! I really need to change.

this bmi result help me realized that i need to change my lifestyle. Use it as motivation to go get your goal. I just started a month ago and i am looking forward to be in healthy or normal stage.

Thanks sis! been doing cardio too , yun nga lang wala pa talagang schedule. I never tried weight lifting kailangan muna kasi mag enroll sa gym.

Just choose right food nalang, i mean yun healthy tapos in moderation. Pwede rin say no. :smile:
