1. Quit eating fast food, junk food, pizza, diet soda, etc. 2. Lost nearly 100 lbs. 3. Kept my A1c in the 5.x range.

Lose another 30-40 lbs, quit smoking, and start an exercise program. I think those three should keep me occupied for a while.

I'm 68yrs, 6' and 215 lbs. According to MFP food diary my daily goal for protein is 56g. Does that sound right? I've read that your goal should be 1g of protein per lb of body weight. Any advice?

I find girls that are toned, fit, athletic sexy, but very muscular girls that look like pro weight lifters are a turn off. Just my opinion.

I have a Withings WiFi enabled scale and love it. It measures weight, % body fat, and BMI and automatically transfers readings to MFP. They're a bit expensive but worth it in my opinion.
