Stationary Bikes are mostly for Cardio, your thighs might enlarge a little if you set the intensity up, but if you want to stay lean and limber, don't sweat the bike, try some Pilates, that is terrific for long and lean with toning without bulk.

If you like walks, and it's too cold outside, try a Leslie Sansone Walk DVD.. from 1 to 5 miles, all intensities, jogging bursts, resistance bands,or even a stability ball! I am doing slow and easy.. 40 minutes light intensity on my stationary, a 2 mile Leslie Sansone walk, and if I'm feeling strong, I'll throw in some handweights a nd some abs..slow and steady, and every day I promised myself..if I don't, I'll stop.Good Luck on finding your groove.

I am horrible about eating vegetables, I find if I can sneak in a low-sodium V-8 and a salad, my guilt of not eating better is appeased somewhat.

eat if you're hungry, don't force yourself..and if you go "over" another time, it all works out as long as you continue your good eating patterns.

If you like hot peppers like I do..I make chili..I just put some ghost peppes in my chili con carne...wowsers, it's hot, but homemade salsas, spreads, guacamole..the list is full of possibilities!! =)

you look amazingly strong and healthy, maybe something gentle like pilates for a toning? If you carry a lot of muscle, pilates is a wonderful relaxing routine, I use Winsor pilates,there are others out there, but it works!
