I totally agree right there, I am neither African nor American, so when I fill out a form that only gives the option of African-American I choose other. I don't mind be called black but African-American for is offensive.

hi! welcome meeting your goal is feasible, but there's pretty much going to be some trial and error, as you find what's healthy and what works for you. you've already received some good advice above, not all that you receive will be good or work for you, just keep logging in and educating yourself!

agree with the above it is ok to be under, sometimes, but not by a lot. Some good foods that are high in calorie and healthy are nuts, banana, yogurt, peanut butter and cereal. try incorporating more of these throughout your day so you don't have a high deficit at the end of the day. keep up the good work!

hi the only way I know of that you can spot reduce is by liposuction, you're just going to have to keep doing what you've been doing. It will eventually come off if you keep losing weight, if you haven't been lifting weights you can do that or increase if you have already been lifting. good luck!

I agree with lifting weights and eat sufficient protein, however keep in mind that checking your body-fat online is not as accurate as using a body-fat analyzer.

everyone is different, but for me weighing daily first thing in the morning works. Fluctuations don't bother me, I like to know whats going on. I measure inches monthly. hey been on for almost week, I really only joined to log my weight but the food journal has come in quite handy. I've actually not eatten certain foods because I didn't want to log it. I mostly use the app on my android, it's so much easier and convenient. Stick with it, it will be well worth it.
