I think you probably need to be more detailed to receive better advice, ie. current weight, goal weight, approx amount of cals that you're eating etc. That said, you seem to workout quite a bit, you need to eat enough to support this. I find eating within 1/2 an hour after lifting or long workout helps tremendously with hunger issues. As well as ensuring I have enough protein and carbs, usually the heaviest meal of the day.

online calculators aren't going to be very helpful, with mine they say my body-fat is 25 % but that is not even close.
