i just bought a coat in Topshop! size 22 me never thought she'd see this day!

I RAN FOR 5 MINUTES TODAY! WOOOOP! (C25K week 4, day 2) for anyone just starting out with this app, stick with it. it totally works. i could barely run for 1 minute the first day.

last year's winter coat was size 20. bought a new one yesterday - size 16!! i can't believe it! i tried on last years coat this morning and it looked like a sack on me. i remember it being a little tight when i bought it too. very happy right now!

my 'back fat' creases have almost vanished!

also i would regularly cane a whole jar of nutella at the weekends - literally just with a spoon i would eat the while jar. well over 1000 calories. ouch!

I just roughly added up what I would've eaten before I started using MFP - 5142 calories!!! aarrgghh!!!

I started at 270lbs (19st 3lbs) and my goal weight is 150lbs (10st 7lbs) however i'm more focussing on dress size, so would love to be a UK size 12. I've lost 1st 11lbs so far, keeping my goals to 7lbs at at time at the moment.

some of these are so harsh!! my favourites are: at a recent party and i was wearing a dress and makeup "oh wow, you're actually quite pretty" and when someone saw a picture of me and my boyfriend on facebook and asked who he was, i told them and they said "oh my god, but he's gorgeous!!!!" WTF?!!

I bought a pair of size 18 jeans in Monsoon (UK clothes shop) and they fit! I wouldn't have even bothered going in there a few months ago and the last pair of jeans I bought were size 22 (cringe)

where did you get your calorie reading from? i am using a Polar heart rate monitor to calculate my calories burnt. i am only on level 1 and definitely am not ready to move to level 2 yet, so i bet you're burning more than you think...

it depends on how hard you are working, but i usually burn between 250-290 calories on level one. well done for doing it, she's really tough!

My 1410 calorie goal is based on the info i entered when I registered (sedentary lifestyle) so won't include any exercise. you've just answered my question as to wether I should be eating my calories earned through exercise. will start logging it from today. thank you!
