Just forget about it and make better decisions tomorrow. Sometimes that's all any of us can do.

I was the same way, working out almost everyday and taking in a net of 1200 calories. Lost some weight at first then didn't lose any for 2 months (!!!). Don't tell me it's muscle gain because I have a scale that tells me body % and the muscle percentage didn't go up significantly at any point. Then I just stopped working…

Urrday, naked, at the same TIME which is 11:42am somehow. Then I log whatever it says onto TWO apps on my phone (for accountability). A lot of people say to only weight yourself once a week but it's harder to find trends that way--like what if you weigh yourself on a day where you retained water and think you gained fat…

Uh some people have more willpower than others I guess because I'll frequently only have like 5 chips and save the rest...

YOU ARE EATING TOO LITTLE. I know because I had the same problem! I hadn't lost any weight for 2 months after losing around 10 pounds before on 1200! Bump up your calories to 1500-1800 and you WILL start losing again.

Face and upper body (especially around the collar bone area). Thighs and butt are not going anywhere anytime soon apparently...

Walk around the house aimlessly for a few minutes in a daze, hot and sweating before I sit down, take my HRM off, and eat. Then usually I go check on MFP.

My butt! haha

You think this is bad, ever gone on Yahoo Answers? Honestly, every message board and anything social on the internet is like this. People are a lot more free to express themselves when they don't have to worry about others judging them or talking about them. Unfortunately, that freedom brings out the worst in some people.

Catdog, Hey Arnold, Johnny Bravo, Scooby Doo, Spongebob (which I still watch), Jimmy Neutron, Doug, Tom and Jerry, Rocko's Modern Life, Powderpuff Girls, ChalkZone, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Invader Zim, Ren and Stimpy... ugh too long of a list! I love the 90's and early 00s cartoons! What happened after that Nickolodeon?

Just keep with it and as you get more fit, you won't be (as) exhausted after. If you're not already try working out before bedtime so you can just go to bed after

I have around the same amount to lose so this is such an inspiration to me! YOU LOOK GREAT!
-
You are so right. It's funny but every time I'll be in the store and someone will be riding in one of those chairs (usually taking up the whole isle...) It reminds me why I'm trying to lose weight. I'd die if I had to use one of those because I was too fat to walk.

Feel free to add, I use the app everyday! Would love to give and receive support :)

I'm bi so I have to say: More *kitten* the better! I can overlook a flat butt though if she has a nice personality.

You look awesome! Such an inspiration!

Muscles are built under the fat in the abdomen, not over. Anyway just keep exercising and eating right (adding in some ab work couldn't hurt). It still might never go away though. Women who are stick-thin can even have these pooches!
-
That's exactly the way it is for me, I do better with someone telling me exactly what to do and motivating me. If I workout outside I'm always wondering, "Am I doing enough?"
-
I know the feeling, when I first started exercising all the pain was centered in my calves (fam had a good time laughing while I limped around the house with a grimace). I didn't stop though, mainly because I found if I worked out when I was sore the workout would warm up the muscles and make them looser, therefor…

Yay because I eat them all the time. Healthy Choice is great as well because most of them have like 25g of protein. Yes the sodium in some of them is really high but just drink extra water to compensate. As long as you're within your calorie limit I don't see how they could hinder your weight loss...

1200-300 on non-workout days and around 1500 on workout days. The Goal MFP set for me is 1610 but I think that's too high.
-
Does it make you put on weight? No. I drink low-carb energy drinks and Coke Zeros almost everyday and I've never noticed them impacting my weight loss. It doesn't make me hungry at all. I think everyone should stop being so stuck up about diet soda, it's a lot better than the alternative.
