I mean....yeah you should eat what you want within reason, but you aren't doing yourself any favours eating rubbish every day so what's your point? I would say eat ice cream as a treat, pasta daily is fine and a bit of fast food isn't going to do you any harm at all and yeah exercise *shrug*

I'm always tempted to pack away, but since most of mine are cheap things anyway since I refuse to spend good money on fat clothes, I am throwing away!
