  • Subscribed to hear what stroutman81 has to say. I lift MWF's with 10-12 mins cardio at the end. I do cardio Tues/Thur for 30 mins b/c my workout partner thinks thats the only way she'll lose fat.

  • Make sure you workout EVERY section to your abs so then when you get the body fat % down you will have something to show for it.

  • I don't have Kinect....PS3 here. I have UFC Personal Trainer and do 3 workouts 1 for each guy and burn 300+ in the hour it takes. I also have EA Active 2 and was enjoying that when it first came out.
  • I use my Polar HRM to record calorie burn. I log it as UFC Personal Trainer for PS3. I do the 3 different men's pre-made workouts for my Saturday workouts. It takes about an hour with doing 3 warm ups and 3 cool downs but it does a good burn. I've burned 300+ each time I do 3 in a row.
