I have 2 Polar FT40's. One is mine and one is my gf's. When we first got them they were reading each others heart rate. So Polar replaced both chest straps and transmitters. Do you actually wash yours in the wash/dryer like it says? I'm not sure I want to do that because I think where the transmitter clips on shouldn't be washed. I just wash with water and skip the middle where the transmitter clips on.

I have been noticing on another thread topic I post in. My Average and Max Heart Rates are always lower than everyone. Any ideas? Is it b/c I have less fat to lose? When to record a weight loss
Do you automatically count your weight loss the 1st day? If you weigh everyday. I know how much weight can go up and down. I usually want to see the number more than once before I log it, just in case.

3lbs lost and under
I was wondering, Who has been here and lost 3lbs or less? I have been doing this since end of Oct and only lost 3lbs. Its irritating My gf started the same time and has lost 10lbs more than me and I understand b/c she has more fat to lose. I just would have thought that after 3 months I would be down at least 5-10lbs.
