Subway Logging

Hey,
How are you logging your Subway??
Online the subs include 9-Grain Wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and green peppers.
Well I don't eat that bread, lettuce or tomato.
I have mine sub logged today for 8am-12 and yesterday 5pm-8pm.
Can you look to see which way I should log this? I did it different for both. Yes I had banana peppers on one and malt vinegar on one and not the the other.
My bread was the Honey Oat, and meat was Turkey Breast/ Black Forrest Ham.

Just add whatever the way you eat it onto the database, and then it's there for the next time you eat it too. Look on Subway's website to get the exact calories of everything.0

I had to enter everything seperate I just typed in...
Subway Onions and it came up and when I was done I added it as my sub because I eat the same thing everytime. LOL0 -
I agree with above, to be most accurate just add it yourself then you'll have it listed under "my foods" so you'll know you are adding the right one for you every time you eat it.
To get the most accurate calories contained in your subway sandwich, go to this awesome site;
http://www.eddieoneverything.com/nutrition_info/calculators/Subway_calorie-calculator
It allows you to add your specific topping too rather than subway.com's generic "tomato/lettuce on wheat" calculations.0 -
I too eat the same thing every time. A 12" Veggie Delight on wheat, no cheese.
I just created a "meal" and added all the items individually. They all seem to be in the database.
Giving up meat and cheese was the only way I could continue to eat at Subway and not go over on sodium.0 -
Well I must be the odd ball as I don't like the same thing EVERYTIME.
I guess I'll add it all one by one.
Thanks.0
