Phase 2 Cardio

Monday is the big day Phase 2. I'm excited and not at the same time.
It says to do medium cardio. What would you ladies say is medium??
When I was walking on treadmill I'd go only 3.5 but thats a almost fast walk
for my short legs. On the Arc Trainer I was go varying resistances and incline.
Edit: Should we be at a certain percentage of HR?

I'm a few days in to phase 2 now. Those workouts are soooo much longer!! I'm still loving it. I must say I have been doing cardio the entire time (step, zumba, kickboxing, kettlebell classes). So I'm just continuing them on into phase 2.0

I'm starting Phase 2 today and I'm really looking forward to adding cardio back into my workouts, either running or biking. Anybody else starting Phase 2?0
