Phase 2 Cardio
Monday is the big day Phase 2. I'm excited and not at the same time. It says to do medium cardio. What would you ladies say is medium?? Phase 1 Week 3
I have completed week three. As the weeks go by I am getting stronger. I'm really enjoying the workout and clean eating.
Phase 1 Week 4
Week for is complete.. I started Phase 2 today and I guess it has been too long since I did cardio because O-M-G the first 10 minutes was a little much on the elliptical was rough. I don't know about anyone else but i'm starving recently. I'm not a big person and don't eat a lot but this protein must not be filling me up. any ideas?

Today mark the beginning of week 2 in phase 1. I completed my workout this morning The was some difficulty but I was able to push through.

Phase 3 AGH
After Phase 1 and Phase 2 I thought I was more fit... this active rest stuff is killer. I HATE jumping rope.. hate burpees.. hate mountain climbers. I feel like it will REALLY kickstart my weightloss though so I am excited and hope that I can push myself to keep up with this. WOO! Gotta find my BEAST mode
STARTING PHASE 1 TOMORROW!
so im starting the first day tomorrow and i am really scared. I hope i will do well but ive been reading that the most people have lost is 10 pounds at the end of the program! I need to lose 30 to be at a healthy weight.
