Hey! I've done this program once and loved it! It is the first 12-week program I didn't quit! It wasn't boring and changed up frequently enough to keep me going! I have a question about the nutrition part of it! The first time I did the program I was a vegetarian (gluten-free) and was able to modify the eating plan for the most part! Now, I'm a raw vegan (gluten-free still). I'm not sure what my diet should look like anymore or how to get the right amounts of stuff in! Any ideas? Thanks!

Im not totally following her diet. I mean i am eating pretty cgood but not following her diet to a "T" like so many egg whites in the morning and stuff0

I ate a ton of egg whites when I first did her program! (That was before I turned raw-vegan). I felt like I was living off of only egg whites, it was ridiculous!!!0
