Hungry or not??

I would like to say most days (like 4-5) I'm not hungry. I feel like I just eat to live. Anyone else feel that way?
OT:
I swear if I wasn't type 1 diabetic the past 15 years I would be in worse shape literally. I may not always have
the most healthy diet but I have been working on it. I could always have a great diet but you need everything in
moderation. Also being diabetic I think has helped me chose better options with food and times. Then you
look at family and say I don't want to end up like that person.

I go back and forth, one day I have to force myself to eat because , well, you have to eat. Other days I feel like I could eat anything and everything in sight! Constant struggle. I am hoping that as my body adjusts to being healthier that this will balance out some.0

The days where I feel like I could eat a small village are usually the days after I've worked out really hard. Other days I just eat because I know my body needs the fuel. Depends how filling my initial meals are as well though. If I eat a big breakfast that usually sustains me for quite awhile and I don't snack as much. Other days I make sure to have some cucumber slices and baby carrots around and I usually devour them relatively quickly.
Fat is one of the best things to eat when it comes to fat loss because it keeps you feeling fuller longer.0
