Warm ups

I would like to share and was wondering what other people do for there warm-up.

My partner and I do Turkish Get-ups.
We use a 5lb weight and do 3 sets of 3 reps each side (stand up for a total of 6 times.)

This is the link. I would practice each move individually and slow at home. One side at a time.
I usually do mine right side then left side equals 1 set.

    Depends on what I am warming up for. Running in place, jumping jacks, body weight squats all play a part. I just want to get the muscles moving and warm so they are ready to work. If I am doing Insanity I just use its warm-up.

    Bump I think everyone should be doing these for a full body warm-up.
