  • ^^^ This. The other half is genetics. FYI : In case you don't know you can't spot reduce so doing a million crunches won't help. Lift weights it will help your metabolism and no you won't get bulky b/c you have no testosterone.
  • It's definitely either the battery or you could try washing the strap. My gf's has finally died after a year but mine hasn't and we work out the same.
  • The only added suggestion I can add is, if your doing flat bench make it declined. Or instead of sitting for a shoulder press stand-up. Vary it up if you can't add anymore weight. Do supersets.

  • I would work on compound moves. Lunges, Squats, Deadlifts they hit the most muscle and give a good burn. Maybe do 3 lower exercises at 10 reps for 3 sets and then do 3 upper exercises.   • Bodybugg and FitBit are basically the same from what I can tell. Polar's are basically just a calorie burn count during your workout that you wouldn't wear all day.
