Hi Gavin, I totally understand where you are coming from. It's okay to treat yourself with junk food in moderation and maybe once a week. Thanks for the advice. I'm definitely going to try and incorporate all of your ideas. I lost 4.2lbs the week I cut down on my carb intake, and I felt great!!

My weekly goal is 4 times a week, and that works for me. I plan to add more when I feel it's a goal that I can achieve.
