yep I'm gonna ditto this. I didn't want to think about eating back those exercise calories...that was the hardest thing to wrap my mind around...I'm maintaining at a nice level with the eating SOME of my exercise calories back. I try to stay between 1200 and 1400 with exercise calories eaten.

i use splenda on my oatmeal and for baking...also buy drinks sweetened with it. My sister is a cancer survivor and her doctor told her it was ok to use splenda. They gave her a 5 year if you make it 5 years you'll be doing good......that was 11 years ago. all things in moderation is what I do.

how bad is mine/ it's hard for me not to stop my car as I'm driving and go up to doors to ask if I can straighten up other peoples mini blinds or curtains...I can't STAND that!!!

I bounce back and forth between the 135 and the 132 now. That is my goal weight range.

I have a bit to work on around my outer thigh..not as bad as it could be at my age...but still some there. I do lifting and side leg lifts trying to work it off..but I'm sure some of it is there to stay. I don't know what the lotion does to smooth it out but I dab that on...rub it in and hurry up and pull leggin's or…

I was skeptical of lotions that's why I went with cheap first -- not sure what it does...but it does make it less visible.

not sure why you don't want to use lotion....but I got some cheap walmart brand of bye bye cellulite and it helps soften the appearance.

I will NOT eat at my inlaws house...first off can't stand any of them ....but yeah it stinks like their oldest sister who used to live there...she didn't take a shower on a regular basis and I'm not kidding you the smell of that is embedded in the walls. but other than that...ewwww they are just gross!

lower calories to lose weight exercise to tone up what you lose. That's how it works for me. I can lose weight and not do a damn bit of exercising...I will restart my desk job in january. I exercise to tone up and feel better. That may be 1 - 3 times a week or more depending on what's going on. This week has sucked for me…

I don't think I could do it for a month and be able to get back on it...but I do this every few weeks...seems to kick the weight loss back into gear.

I can't drink pop of any kind. Not regular and not diet.

those are great weights to start out with. If you get a routine down you will get a good workout from them. U don't have to lift heavier than that to start out with.
