How do I see my weekly calorie total on MFP? Also, can someone tell me exactly how to calculate my calorie deficit? I think I have an idea of how to do it, but I want to make sure I'm doing it correctly.

My goal weight is 130. My calorie goal for each day is 1350 net.

I let myself cheat for lunch and dinner on Saturdays. It's probably slowed my weight loss, but I think it also keeps me on track because I have something to look forward to at the end of each week.

Maybe you should try swapping out your carbs for whole wheat and whole grains and watch your sugar intake? Also, heavy lifting might help too!

That's a really great suggestion. I do pre-log sometimes, but I don't ever think about it as a regular prevention mechanism for avoiding emotional eating. Thank you!!
