Reached Calorie Limit, Still Hungry
So I've reached my calorie goal for the day, but I'm still hungry! I'm really wanting to continue my weight loss progress, so do y'all think it's best to just quit eating for the day or is it okay to eat until I feel satisfied?

How do you guys avoid emotional eating? I realized I tend to eat more when I'm stressed or upset and I would like to get it under control before I go back to school this fall, which is when I tend to put back on the weight I've lost every summer.
