Its not that I don't like it. Its just get bored with drinking it and since I'm almost always working, I need something to drink that I can have on the go with me. The water at my work is not very good because we have bad plumbing and we're in the process of eventually remodelling the place.

I just recently ran into the same problem, and a friend recommended BeFit 90 on youtube, it has cardio, strength training and stretches and they range from all kinds of time lengths which works great for my schedule. An IBW calculator may help you also if you type in what was suggested into google some sites offer multiple theories of how to figure your ideal body weight. ultimately though it is where you feel the most comfortable these are mostly just guidelines and not really meant for everyone. :)
