Weigh in 1/20 is 161 lbs. Gained a pound from last week. Had a night out with some family I haven't seen in awhile and the cocktails and pizza did not help me out =[

If you like sugary stuff, I have a recipe I will post on here that's good. It's chocolate covered frozen bananas, but it's somewhat healthy and tastes exactly like ice cream, even though it's not. You can trick yourself!:wink:

The program is a lot of squatting and then jumping. Plus you are constantly getting on the floor and back up again. I would try something with a little less impact on your joints. You should try some kind of dance workout to keep your heart rate up and get you sweating without killing your joints.

I used to drink around 5 cans of regular soda a day and I always had at least 1 alcoholic drink every day. I've cut out both of those things. I still need to have a diet soda every once in awhile, but I'm not chugging regular soda all day now!
