I think that you need to look at what kind of carbs you are eating. Try to stick to high fiber, low sugar alternatives or low glycemic index foods. The fiber is more filling and it takes more calories for your body to process it. I only buy whole wheat bread, hot dog buns, hamburger buns, etc. after a while even the kids…
