I'm not losing as fast but I'm told doing strenght exercise produces muscles and weigh more ...??? Never the less, I have lost over 20 pounds now and happy it's off and not being added! This month, I'll strive to lose 5 pounds....

Oh really? I didn't check that ; just keeping logged and don't exercise every day... added strenght exercises too so stiff some but pushing forward . I 'm losing weight little by little. Exercise is a must in my case

Took measurements today and lost 4.3 inches! I have mini goals which is to lose 5 pounds at a time. My net goal is to be 217. I will then have lost 20 pounds since February 5th my starting day. Left the 230's and now the 220's - lol . Can't wait to be under the 210's I want to be under 200 pounds this year if it is to be…

Just found this thread and after I had done 29 minutes at 30km/hr. so did I do 14.5 km? If so I did 40 minutes yesterday so that would make 20 km... So I would have done 34.5 km so far. Tomorrow, I'll start adding up to it. I want to do 125 km this month. I hope it's feasible for a first time.... Happy cycling…
