I gain at least 5 lbs over TOM. I *try* to stay away from the scale during that time and just keep plugging away at eating right, drinking tons of water and keeping moving. The numbers will start moving again - STICK WITH IT!!!

Today was my day off from working out (just take one day off a week). I NEVER got out of my PJs! Watched football, Christmas movies, played with kids, worked on some school projects with kids, etc. L-A-Z-Y day. Below 0 windchill outside...brrrrrr... I think right now here the real feel temperature is -19 F. Brrrr.

Keep at it. Could be hormonal, salt, etc. Some ideas - Drink LOTS of water (try for at least half your weight in oz or 64 oz minimum), watch sodium intake, mix up your work-outs, add in lunges, squats, free weights for biceps, triceps, push ups, crunches, etc. Keep your body guessing!
