Just finished Chest/Tris yeah! Feel pumped right now. Tomorrow is leg day... Last weeks leg day i was'nt be able to walk for 4 day's no kidding! And i thought i did it on a slow, light and easy pace in comparison to my first round of build legs... Time for my post workout meal. CU and beast on.

I agree. Just done Bulk Legs. Sweat like an otter! Have some light bicycle excercises the rest of the day. Good for cooling down :P

First week finished well. A few weeks of rest did me very good. With my new nutrition scheme i see amazingly changes in my body. Today build chest/tris!

Next week i'll finish the first full round of bodybeast. Had my ups and downs during this program. Gained a lot of muscles and feel stronger overall. I will recover till end of month and starting a new program with more cardio but not only cardio. Looking for a crossfit program of bb. Does anyone have some sugestions? And…

This week i've done mma training. Worked on my condition the last weeks. Next week will perform on a kickbox event so i have to be in good shape and form. So my final stage of the bodybeast comp will be after that. Till than i will do the exersices of bodybeast in random order. And a lot of jump roping....

:) Alright! Almost done with Bulk Phase! Next week i take a week off building strength. I will focus on my cardio so that means a lot of running/crossfit. After that i stop (6 weeks) with the creatine and then i'm doing my Beast Phase! Yes yes yes! Beast on Ladies! (and gentlemen!)

Finish is in sight! Next week i hope to finish my Bulk round. Then into the cutting phase that i've already started. Its time for the muscle toning definitiion. I'm pretty pleased with the results thus far. Dedication pays! Beast on ladies! Don't give up and don't cheat on your schedule both workout and nutrition.

Today i have to do bulk legs. Changed my diet a little becouse of the cutting phase. I gained a little to much weight the past few weeks and was a little concern of getting to bulky. Very curious what it brings me. Hope i don't burn too much muscle.

I'm using creatine for almost 2 weeks now. I'm not feeling more power or something. Today i had to lower some weights for my bulk chest workout that i could push last week more easily. So maybe i have to be more patiently. Tomorrow legs...that's what i'm scared about :) Beast and grok on!

What are you scared off? A big phat spider yeah! not for a few muscles, c'on what a bull****. I train in the gym with this program on the ipad afterwards i get my boxing lessons. so i combine both programs.

Outstanding workout today! It was bulk schoulders. Had so much power today i can't believe it. Sometimes rest is the best solution to progress :) Tomorrow is my rest day but i think about it to do some series of abwheel rollouts. My boyfriend is very enthusiastic about this kind of workout.

Today was leg day for me! Yes. Finished is well without any problems except that it is a challenge every time. Bulk legs is my less favorite excercise. Didn't know about p90x3. Hi, I've just finished my bulk chest workout. Tomorrow is my bulk legs day. I don't know how i will perform after my injury. It still feels a bit stiff but i've got green light from the doctor.

How about creatine? Does anybody of you use it for getting more definition /tone of muscles? My boyfriend is using it every now and then. I am thinking of using it for a period of 6 weeks. Starting about a month and start from the beginning of body beast. Hope i solved my injury by then.

Sad news!! Today was bulk legs for me. Just returned from doctor. He says im overtrained. It goes totally wrong this morning. When i did the hip-flexors excercise i breaked something. Need totally rest now.... :(

Just finished bulk shoulders. That was easy peacy. Next time increase some weight. I like the time the workout takes. <35 min.

Bulk arms for me today! After that i did the beast abs and some exercises with the abroller. The beast keeps g(r)oing on!~!!!!

Just finished my bulk back workout. It was very good to do. Because i've no pullup-bar (not yet) i use my bodylastic bands for the pullup exercises! After this workout i did some extra trx exercises especially for my back.

Today will be bulk back day! Have to adopt the new style of sets. The new introduced progressive sets i experience as very tough, which is good on the other side.

Have to work now but men-o-men what a tough workout yesterday! Bulk legs was far more intensive than i expected. Read some reviews by some of you girls that is was meant to be easier...NOT Can't barley walk the stairs!
