why would you go low carb or low cals after the gym? thats when you can eat the most and carbs taste the best. Almonds are more of a fat source.
-

-
With steady state cardio I figure I burn about 10 Cals/Minute and with HIIT 20 Cals/Min

I think I'm going through this now. I've been at a caloric deficit, more than not, for over year. I started Dec of 2011 and lost 60 lbs in 4 months, but since then I fluctuate between the same 10 lbs, which isn't a big deal because I'm close to my ideal weight, but my gut hasn't gone down. I think I have a naturally high…

i eat more than that per meal
-
frozen blueberries really satisfy me, one cup and it takes a while to eat and 70 calories.
-
log everything you put in your mouth, except.....
-
make sure when you curl it's in the squat rack
-
you need both cardio and weight training, with lifting once your body adapts move on to something else, change the lifts, reps, sets and you'll be fine. When first starting out you could literally lift rocks and transform your body.

I think, according to Naughty By Nature, OPP:laugh:
-
to me, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter is half of the jar
-
best thing to do is walk in there and start curling in the squat rack, that's what all the cool people do. Do that and they'll accept you as their own.
-
I take 3 measurements 1. relaxed 2. stomach pushed out 3. stomach sucked in the second and third tell you a lot about your progress.
-
I've lost 60 lbs eating Natural peanut butter almost everyday. Fat's not going to hurt you. They really should change the name of fat to something like "phat" so people wouldn't be so afraid of it. My wife is the same way, I think she'd be less scared of meeting a serial murderer in a dark alley than to eat some fat.

Your stomach is tough because you can manipulate it, sometimes without even knowing it.
-
and your *kitten* on the way out
-
You shouldn't eat bananas strange to you:laugh: if you're married
-
i would stay away from Arsenic, too and those berries in The Hunger Games
-
he's right, if you are just starting out, you could literally lift heavy rocks in your front yard to change the way you look.
