Hey ther I am knew to this cite and I wanna get all buff and stuff. I have changed my eatin a bit and I dont drink dat much.

I want to basically get ripped like mercian gladiater style, I dont believe in illlegal stuff doh.

This is my curent workout rootine:

Monday:
arms
Tuesday
arms
Wednesday:
arms
Thursday:
arms
Friday:
arms
Satterday:
arms
Sundy:
Arms

I dunno how to incorporate other body pieces into my rootine. But I relly want some gunz so I cin be armed in dangerous.

I work my arms so much cuz I bowl, play darts, play horseshoes, throw rocks at trees and wrassle. So I need skrong arms.

    Well, atleast add some chest in there.
    Monday- CHEST & ARMS
    Tuesday-CHEST & ARMS
    Wednesday-CHEST & ARMS
    Thursday-CHEST & ARMS
    Friday-CHEST & ARMS
    Saturday-CHEST & ARMS
    Sunday-CHEST & ARMS

    This should help balance your routine out. :)

    Your diet should look something like this-
    Protein Shake, Chicken, Protein Shake, Chicken, Protein Shake, Chicken about every 3 hours.

    Sorry Brains, the website is real but you may have mistyped it. I suspect your massive guns got in the way. Basically the article talks about the proximity effect of working out. Through a scientifically proven process called 'Osmosis' your body actually adapts to the environment around it. Look at chameleons for further proof of this fact. Based on Osmosis, if you want to workout and look like Brad Pitt, what you need to do is workout near Brad Pitt. I suggest breaking into his home and doing curls (in the squat rack! so you'll have to carry that with you) over his bed while he sleeps.
