1. water/tea/fruit smoothies are my drink with every meal 2. Veggies and Fruits take up half my plate or more :) 3.Vitamins everyday! 5 no eating carbs or anything over 100 calories after Dinner! 6. workout 6 days a week

Hi hun, The most simple way I can put it is like this NO JUNK FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Veggies Fruits and a palm size 1 inch thick of meat a day. Take your multi vitamin, cod liver oil and vitamin D and iron since you are a lady. DO NOT BE AFRAID OF WEIGHT LIFTING (:

Hello :) im in!!! I would like to loose 8 more pounds by October 31st !!!! My plan of attack is to : -Stay away from white! Pastas, Breads and Rice!! -Eat veggies with EVERY MEAL!! Fruit is my dessert -Exercise 6 out of 7 days a week ranging from high to low intesity :) whats everyone elses game plan?

Well .. im 5ft 2 and 117 trying to loose 10 pounds :/ wish I could of help to you all, but my highest weight was 130 and even then I do not have before/after pictures. GOODLUCK!!

I use Jillian Micheals DVD's her ripped in 30 and buns and thighs, I have 5 pound weights and 10 pound weights that I alternate with for various workouts. I also Like to go for runs almost everyday for 30 minutes, I am looking to get a pilates video and currently looking for some on the web. I am an avid at home workout…
