I LOVE them! Plus they have a great rewards system! I do them for lunch at work every day! I would love to cook meals ahead of time, but I'm not that organized and I know it! Beats fast food for lunch!

Is your diary accurate? If so, you don't need to be exercising if that is all you are eatting. Eat to fuel your body, and you might enjoy exercise more.

If you are eatting a deficeit, you will lose muscle and fat. You need to eat more protein and don't try to eat low, eat around maintenance level. Add some weights and you will turn fat into muscle and wont feel flabby!

I have raised my protein and (healthy) fat intake, and lowered my carbs. Also the closer you are to your goal weight the slower the process. If you want to add me, my diary is open friends. I always thought I was sedentary too, but after using my pedometer I average 5000 to 10000 steps a day, burning about 2200 calories. If you are exercising that much you will be fine upping your calories, just make sure you are getting plenty of protein! Find a good TDEE calculator and work your numbers out.
