I work 9pm-6am. I sleep about 1-2 hours while my 2yo naps a day as well. I don't eat more because I would gain. I start my tracking from the time I wake until the time I sleep. Fresh veggies and fruit are best for me because they take a long time to chew and are pretty filling.

I Work nights. I work 9pm-6am though amd only sleep from 6:15am-730am and then a nap with my 2yo around 1-3. But...i eat breakfast at 11am, dinner around 5:30pm and then bring snacks for my shift so I eat about 150-200 calories every 2 hours over the course of the night. I eat my last snack at 430 or 5 am.

In all honesty I probably wouldnt be using it if I didnt but a bag from a friend for half price. I usually only have one or two a week so this bag will last a very very long time. I have yet to find anything that I like since they stopped making the designer whey smoothies I used to love!!!

This is me too. I nursed my son for 15 months and never lost and ounce even with counting calories religiously. Ince I was done the weight started coming off without changing a thing. Happened with both my kids.

I've never been one to drink soda everyday but I haven't had any at allsince September. I decided it was a step towards getting my weight under control by cutting it completely. I may make an exception tonight for a root beer float! And maybe for mixed drinks sometime soon.
