Hey you never know, maybe u do get a pinch taller losing weight from less weight on your frame and being stronger so you stand taller...i wanna be 5'7"!!!

The first 4 months I lost 10-12 a month the next two was about 8 and at month 6/7 Im at about 5-6. Im content with those numbers as I know the closer to goal the less of a deficit and I am dedicated to making this doable for life. Im down 63# and have about 50# to go. Patience is key.

I weigh it dry, when I am making food for the whole family I weigh it all dry, figure out how many servings that totalled and then cook it, drain it, rinse it and then weigh the whole batch and divide the total weight by the original number of servings. I didnt mean I ate the exact same quantity as him, but we eat the same foods at meals. Our work is similar as far as physical demand, but since we are not built the same there is a lot of variable there. I work 5 nights a week, 9pm-6am. I take about a 40 minute nap when I get home and then get up to take my daughter to school. (my husband works from 7am - 5 or 6pm so he's not much help in getting me any sleep) I go to the gym after I drop her off and my almost 2 year old goes to the gym daycare while I work out. I really do believe that setting small goals is a great approach. When you aim too big and dont hit them its very discouraging. Good work! I bet u feel great!

My daughter is able to wrap her arms completely around my waist:) shes so happy for me and I am happy she can squeeze me that much tighter:)

Its been 7 months since I've had any type of soda and honestly dont miss it one bit. I was never a huge soda drinker (I'd say probably 2-3 a week) but I did have my times where I would crave it like crazy.
