In the past I've always used my long working hours and long commute (4hrs per day) as an excuse not to do much exercise because I was so tired. My goals are: 1. Lose 15lbs 2. Get back into planning my meals properly 3. Finding a great exercise routine that fits with my long working hours (the commute home alone takes so much time out of the day) 4. Feel better about myself 5.
