30 DS, Level 1 day 3 is complete... Those bicycles crunches were killing me but I endured to the end. Ready for day 4 this evening. Glad that everyone is stil hanging in here

I am still doing all of the other normal treadmill,. elliptical, strength training and other workouts as well.

I am consistently doing treadmill, elliptical, walking and strength training as well as a 6 minute circuit twice daily from JM Burn Fat; Boost Meltabolism

Today was day 2, level one for me and my legs are also very sore. I am also continuing with my regular treadmill, walking, elliptical and strength training work out as well. I am using 3 lb weights and determined to complete 30DS. I also am glad that I found this group as well.

Good morning everyone, my name is Kangie and I will be restarting 30 day shred level one on tomorrow. I am a 41 year old married mother of 4 pincessess and we reside in Flordia. I am totally excited about restarting 30DS and seeing my results. I am really looking forward to completing my first 10 days this time.

My favorite salad is romaine, strawberries, blueberries, slivered almonds, asiago cheese, grilled chicken breast topped with a light raspberry hazelnut vinagrette... Yummy

Wow, reading all of these posts has been very encouraging to me as well. I am only at 2 minutes on the elliptical as well. I will continue to push myself until I get to 30 minutes. Great post...
