Our community pool doesn't open until April 30 and there isn't an indoor pool close by. I can't wait for the pool to open because I much prefer water exercises!

Thanks Jody! I'll add you as a friend! What I did this past week is count the calories, keeping it at 1300 to 1600 per day. I was able to exercise 2 days this past week for 20 minutes each day and for me that's huge. I have some tricky diet needs but keeping track of everything on the food diary seems to make it a little…

Hi Tonya, I am new also, I've had the app on my phone for a while but have only been seriously using it this past week. I'd love to be a support for each other! I need to lose a total of 73 pounds. I lost 6.4 this first week but I know I'll need support! And you don't have to pay me! :wink:
