lol i dont do lower body cuz i have naturally huge calves i work my abs too all i care is from the waist up my pants or swimshorts cover the rest lol and whats your routine?

i did like chest flys and i do bench press and all that too idk if youd be into those but maybe google can help? and yah haha that was one of my major self conscience things maybe lateral rows might tighten up and help strengthen backk and shoulder

just saying but chest exercises have kinda helped tighten my chest i know its weird but guys can have that problem too

alot of it will go away quickly its hard to gain 6 pounds of fat because a pound of fat is 3500 calories and when you lose weight you dont lose all fat so when you gain weight you also dont gain all fat :)

whey is more for after workouts because it breaks down quicker and hits the muscles quicker while isolate protein is a slower digesting protein so i mean preferably if you can isolate during the day is what i heard is better to do and whey after workouts but i mean protein still goes to your system so theyres no use buying…

when you lose fat you dont lose skin so your skin will be looser it will slowly start to tighten up because your skin stretches your body is a pretty amazing thing it heals itself but it takes time to do so
