I don't have cheat days because I eat what I crave within my calorie allowance so I don't go crazy by the time that cheat day comes around. That DOESN'T mean I don't fall off the wagon.I just get back up and get with the program the next day.

Getting stuck at a plateau for a month. Sugar USED to be a struggle and chocolate, oh my! Still can't enough chocolate but I can walk by the candy bars easier now. Another struggle is cooking. I have 3 (my youngest will eat whatever I'm eating.) other people who will turn down their noses at my healthier foods that I make.

Daily at 8:30 am so I don't forget and I don't stress over the number unless I haven't lost any for a week. I can go back and see what I ate the day before days that had the most gain and make connections to foods that are "reactive."

Good for you! Are you breast feeding? That can take some calories. You can look up breastfeeding in the food section and there is a couple of options (EBF or not EBF). Be gentle with your body. Any weight gain took 10 months (40 weeks).

I'm doig good so far this week. I've been getting over 10,000 steps a day and doig an average of 7 minutes of ab workout. I would e doing 10 minutes but something always happens when I'm trying to do it. Drinking a ton more water than I usually do.

The point of the beans was the process of making them edible. I soak them overnight. The next day, for me I have to slow cook them to get the right texture.
