Looks like a simple pedometer. Wouldn't give it any credibility at tracking true heart rate. Not only that but it doesn't give you calories burned which is one of things you want your HRM to tell you.

I got up at 5:05 AM and knocked out a round of Turbo Fire 45 Class, packed a great nutritious lunch and snacks too. Feeling good so far. Great topic! You're so right, we always find the time to criticize ourselves for the things we did wrong! Thanks for posting it!

Are you kidding? There is definitely a difference there. Nothing to be embarrased about! Almost 10 lbs in a month? Awesome work.

I actually don't really like Zumba itself, but I LOVE the energy in the class that the teacher brings to it. The moves, depending on the instructor, can be quite cumbersome but all you have to do is MOVE. You will get a great workout and might actually enjoy Zumba. I'm still going because I love the intensity of the…

This is great info. I tried it on the bottom step and was actually able to get one fairly decent push up done. Thank you so much for sharing!

that is awesome....definitely can see the difference. You look great. Keep up the good work! I'm inspired!

You're right PR, this is a one day deal...one item a day website. When it's gone, it's gone.

I love Woot and buy stuff from them all the time! I've been wanting a kitchen scale and was so excited when I saw one posted on their website this morning. Looks like it has good reviews on Amazon too. I'm in for one!

That is so awesome and inspiring. Just proves that the scale is not always our friend but the measuring tape and how we feel is a much better measure! Congrats on a fabulous job done. You may have just encouraged me to continue with Insanity. I'm heading into week 4 and have seen a few inches gone and very little weight…

Oh yeah! there is a really big difference. That's a lot of weight you've dropped! Very inspiring. Keep up the great work!!

It usually takes me about a 25 lb loss before I drop down to a smaller size. Now that I'm doing a lot of cardio and strength training, I'm not so sure because I'm building muscle.

I'm finishing my second week and I'm struggling. The moves are NOT getting any easier. Tomorrow is my fit test so I hope I see some improvement. I also took measurements before starting so I'm hoping to see changes there as well since my weight is NOT moving in the right direction. These DVDs are truly the hardest workout…

I would love to know the answer to this as well. Its happening to me too and I just this morning posted it on my board! I'm doing Insanity, Day 12 and a lot of other workouts and my weight has gone up 1/2 a pound in that 12 day period. Yes I know I'm building muscle, I can actually see it and feel it in some places but…

Congrats...44, 45 !!! Awesome loss. LOVE IT! Keep up the great work!

Ambitious and lots of room for failure. Would not recommend this.

I know it's not the same, but I just finished my first workout for week 2 of Insanity. We can try to encourage each other even though it's a different program! I struggled terribly today. Am hoping to get better but didn't really see any progress from the first week. Going to keep pressing on!

keep it going...Im watching your blog. I start week 2 today and am curious about others results. thanks for doing this

It usually takes me about 20 - 25 lbs to go down a size. I'm 5 feet 10 inches tall so that may help a little

I personally love Chobani yogurt with fruit on the bottom. Try the Fage brand. My girlfriend hates Chobani too but love the FAGE brand with honey.

Fantastic work!! You look great...congrats and keep up the great work!

You rock...that is a awesome blog and I love the pics that go with it. Must have taken you a while to get that together. Now get off MFP and get that school work done!!! You are truly awesome and an inspiration. Congrats on the weight loss I can totally relate!

That is really crappy!! I'm sorry this happened to you. This really sucks big time. Thanks for posting though...hopefully it will make the rest of us more careful and remind us to keep track (by making a copy of front and back of cards) of what's in our wallets and purse.
