So the "barn burner" at Sierratradingpost.com today is a Brunton PED-Cardio IR Heart Rate Monitor/Pedometer for $9.95 + SH - is this a good deal?

    Looks like a simple pedometer. Wouldn't give it any credibility at tracking true heart rate. Not only that but it doesn't give you calories burned which is one of things you want your HRM to tell you.
