I don't think I am being obsessive about logging, just trying to be accountable. Even though I reached my goal & am maintaining I still feel the need to log so I don't get off track & start to gain. I agree. I don't believe in all that magic pill, magic diet, or magic potion stuff to lose weight. There's no quick fix. It takes a lifestyle change that has a workable meal plan along with exercise. That's the way to go.

Last week I expanded my salads with asparagus. I bought some again for this week + green onions. This week I'd like to try to cut back on diet soda. Most days I have 3/4 to a whole 2 liter bottle. Too much! It's got to go. It's good to have goals. Great work ladies. Keep it up.
