oh btw-- my pic in my calorie counter was me around last thanksgiving--- I'm about 6 pounds from that weight then I"m going to keep going :-P

ugghh... had a baby since last thanksgiving, but last thanksgiving I was at the point I had lost over 50 pounds... getting back close to that size but not back there yet since having the baby 2 months ago!

I think this season's contestants are all about the money--I think that's why I'm having a hard time getting invested this season!

LOL----the funny thing is ---the doughnut ad is not even selling food---- but those doughnuts just call me! I never notice the other ads-- and I'm not even sure what the doughnut ad is even selling.... but they have the doughnuts! :-D

I have weight twice one morning just a hour or so apart and my first weight was 2 pounds heavier than my second.... the scale will drive you nuts--- I'm a little obsessive about it, so I have made a rule that I will only do an official weigh in once a week at the most and that it will be at the same time/same conditions…

I don't agree with number 1--- look at the title of the message board even--weight loss help....but it does need to be a lifestyle not a diet. That said- I especially like number 2!

OP-- just a thought, I know you like your pepsi's have you thought of switching like 1 a day to a zero or diet??? I did that with all of my cokes-- plus I went to unsweet tea (unsweet tea is wrong in so many ways, but I've been biting the bullet and doing it-- sigh:ohwell: )

I just watched the 2nd in the series...... i'm a complete dork and watched with my covers pulled all the way up to my nose--it stresses me out to watch shows/movies like that, but I just can't not watch them lol!

Start thinking about how it makes you feel instead of looking for differences! My proudest moment was when I could slide down the slide with my girls! Take your little one to the park and play and keep moving, put him in the stroller and walk, make him part of your routine. You can do this!

i have found snack bags of pretzels that are only 50 calories---- it's a 1/2 oz portion, but I eat it with some laughing cow cheese and it's enough to kick my salt craving--- I'm gonna have to try them with mustard now as someone before suggested!
