I find clothes to be the best indicator for me. I've had to throw some stuff away and buy smaller sizes, shirts are much looser etc. Do you not find the same?

None of us got fat by eating Apples and Bananas did we! ;)

Definitely nothing with a sauce. Tikka or Tandoori meat. Then chickpeas or lentils.

Perhaps I'm mistaking building muscle, for losing fat and being able to see it?! Resistance exercises have gotten easier over time and weights increase. So I guess I must be to some extent. I only end up around 1400-1500 when I don't train though. If I exercise I will use a shake or muesli/milk to get that extra 300-400…

Thanks. Nutrition wise, I'd say I'm pretty good. All fresh food, plenty of fruit and veg, bit of dairy, some carbs and plenty of protein. Nothing pre-prepared at all. Resistance work is there and I can see results. I think my weight would have been lower if it wasn't for some muscle developing instead. My belly is smaller…
